Make sure you drink a lot of fluids, preferably water. Where's the pain in your head and how long have you had it? Also, do you think the vomiting was linked to the headache? Do you feel any nausea at all? You might not want to take pills, but taking some paracetamol won't hurt you and will help to ease the pain a bit.
If the symptoms persist you need to see your doctor.
Also, looking at a computer screen will only worsen your headache.

Drink alot of water. Next time you eat try to consume some foods that are high in zinc, for example; your meats, cheese, milk, potatoes, yoghurt & peanuts.
Get a pack of ice and place on the areas where it hurts, as it's proven that ice is effective in relieving pains.
Also just take a painkiller to help take away the pain. I know it's medication but it still helps.
you don't want to drink to much water, you wan't your body to be isotonic. how much yellow is in your urine? are you properly nourished? enough vitamin and minerals?
well you can't expect much to happen with out certain medications...acetaminophen maybe. especially if your body is already nourished.
You could try putting tea bags over your eyes, with a warm wash cloth on top. (Briefly soak the tea bags first.) This works miracles for my migraines, although, since headaches are different, I'm not sure if it'll work for them. But it's worth a shot, if it's really bothering you.
