      And yes, there were the select individuals who believed the actual world would end, but I wouldn't put any stock in them; they're nearly a decade late.

      agreed. many people thought since all the computers were gonna shut down they would have to rely on themselves for food and survival. and because of that alot of people would die.

      people always come up with crazy ideas when theyre confused or dont know whats going to happen. some people just lose the rational side of thinking.
