damn itunes. left all my music on old hard drive. how to get it?

i need all u tech genius' out there. i got a new hard drive for my computer, cuz my old one was obout to die. and all my itunes stuff was on th old one. can i jst put it back in and save all my stuff again to get it back? cuz apple doesnt grant back purchases, but their stupid itunes didnt save my stuff completely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you need to do is transfer your songs from the old hard drive to the new one. How you want to go about doing that is up to you, but if you're wondering if you'll still be allowed to play your songs, you can. All you have to do is authorize the new hard drive in itunes.

Are you sure that Apple won't let you re-download stuff from iTunes? I thought that was the point in buying it.

you can't just transfer it over. i put music on a flash drive and tried to put it into itunes, but it's impossible. you should be able to re-download, if you can't then you are pretty much screwed over.
