alright, i'm fifteen and i am thirty pounds overweight. i am still fit, but i wanna be skinny like some of the people on television. everyday i'll say i'm not gonna eat this or that but i still end up eating it. i need help, what can i do to loose that thirty pounds?

ok, so if u hav a treadmill or can go walking regularly start doing that! go for about 20/30 mins per day (even 10 if u cant do more) and it will help. avoid being around foods that make u gain weight and try to find foods that arent so fatty that u like. start exercising regularly and find something fun that takes energy that u can do!~im the girl who checks out the hot guy in the band, and then comments on how amazing his..... ......

don't over eat, try not to binge. Your only 15, as your body develops your metabolism and structure will change.
Pretty much, I'm saying using weight loss techniques can help, but don't overdo it. -
Eat three well balanced (referring to nutritional value, not the plate on the table) meals a day and exercise regularly. Running, jogging, biking are some good ones and they are even more enjoyable with a friend or two.Against logic there is no armor like ignorance.
