      ok, so if u hav a treadmill or can go walking regularly start doing that! go for about 20/30 mins per day (even 10 if u cant do more) and it will help. avoid being around foods that make u gain weight and try to find foods that arent so fatty that u like. start exercising regularly and find something fun that takes energy that u can do!
