The idea behind the ad is that this attractive, nude, possibly angelic girl is telling you that you should adopt animals as opposed to buying them (because it's the right thing to do, or maybe even because that's what Jesus would do), under the implied impression that if you do in fact adopt an animal, you will get to have sex with this girl. Her nudity is not necessary to send this message, but makes the message both stronger and easier to send.
