Ok guys and gals. I have been working out for about 2 months now and I need to get more meat on my bones if you get me. My wrists are pretty skinny and I'm wondering what should I should do to solve this.
Using light weights (just a few pounds, more would likely hurt your wrists). Bend your elbow and rest it on a flat surface. Keep your forearm straight, and bend your wrists (whilst holding the weight, of course), so-so many times (not sure). Backwards, forwards. If you do it sideways make sur eyou don't straight your wrist too much (sore wrists are hell).
Note: there's not much you can do to make your wrists thicker. Unless of course you want to get nice and fat :P. And, there's not a great deal of muscle there to pump up. So. *shrug*
I love you, I love you, I love you, I LOVE YOU!

There are wrist squeezers, these things where u squeeze it (it has resistance) and it builds ur forearm muscle. You can also do wrist curls, you hold a dumbell (not too heavy) and instead of moving ur whole arm, just curl your wrist up and down.
resistance bands will help i like them because you can change the tension and you can do tons of work outs with them and they are cheaper then buying tons of weights
