Yeah I'm pretty sure it's not all the same with all guys, and it varies from person to person. I've seen huge cut dicks and huge intact dicks, and then I've seen small intact dicks and small cut dicks. Just last Saturday I was with an intact guy (not Jewish) who was fucking huge, like around 8.5". Apart from the fact that I do not neg rep (which is only for people with a guilty conscience, and who cannot provide facts and statistics to "prove" their point of view), I have a surprise for you: not a single boy "born now a days has a circumcized penis". As far as I know, ALL boys born are born intact. It is only after birth that their uninformed parents living in backward societies decide to have their prepuces amputated.
Another piece of statistics: 82% of the world's males are intact, i.e. are not penile mutilated (also known as circumcised). The percentage of baby boys being circumcised is in fact decreasing as more and more parents become aware of human rights, and the fact that they cannot have their baby boys circumcised without their consent.

Hank, you forget that a lot of people who are circumcised have it done for religious reasons, and so your comment can be taken as anti-religious or even racist, which I don't think we want on this site.

Everyone is different and that is average size.
