It's good that your parents are helping you out, i go to a gym most of my friends can't afford too, i used to go to a different one but i never got anything done or felt uncomfortable.
Hmmm, something interesting . . . i keep fit by pole dancing. =] -
you're like the third person I know that keeps fit by pole dancing. apparently it's a great way to keep the fat away lol

spinning classes are stupid, get a real bike use it as a means of transportation, cycling 20 miles on a spinning bike, is like cycling 10 miles on a real bike, it's lying to yourself.

i'm part of the lies to attract more gym members

Yehh, it's really good for you, it's fun too =] -
I'm way too timid to join a gym.
Instead I just fiddle around with my parents' treadmill.
Nothing says exercise like a mile in your boxers.
editL 2000th post lololololo If that's what you are into.

i love spinning! it's my favourite excercise class
makes you feel fucking great. -
I'm currently doing no exercise, other than the one my doctor told me to do to help with my lower back pain that i've had for the last month, and am now on medication for
It's called Dicloflex, which is a weird name, and i'm still not sure quite how to pronounce it :\~Kiwi -
Wow, expensive gym, mine is about 30 quid a month, and i like it because the "personal trainers" leave you alone unless you ask. Nothing annoyes me more than a personal trainer coming and medeling with my carefully structured workout  or better yet trying to get you to jump off the free weights and use some retarded machine instead.....

dammmmmmmm 50 euros a month? My YMCA is like 1000 for a family membership (4 people) per year. Is the gym THAT much better than a regular gym? Sorry, i just don't see the use in paying so much extra money for working out at a nicer facility when both places get the job done the same way. At least for my workouts; maybe yours differ

yeah man. After the PTs told me to stop squatting deep the 3rd time, i just ignored them. They tried to get me to squat in the smith machine because they think it's safer for my knees lol.
Note to everyone- be careful of Personal Trainers 98% of them in commercial gyms are terrible.
