If you care about your relationship, I suggest you try to work with your boyfriend to fix things before you end it. First off, I think you should talk to him about how you're feeling. Communication is important and if you want some things to change, you should speak up and let him know. See what he has to say and go from there. I also suggest that if the two of you have somewhat of a 'routine' when it comes to spending time together, try to break out of that. If you normally hangout at home, go out instead. Just try new things and change it up. Do things you wouldn't really normally do. Your best bet is to talk to him and decide what to do from there. If you're still not happy with how things are, reevaluate things and decide whether or not you want to stay in the relationship.

Talk to him, you can't just break up with him when things get boring, if that where the case there would be no point in relationships, they WILL all get boring at some point.

Things always get boring in relationships. It's an up&down thing. Sometimes you feel the sparks, sometimes you're numb. If you really care about/ love your boyfriend just talk to him. Probably he feels it too. Together you can find ways to get the spark back.
