My last boyfriend was 20 (he's 21 now). It was not exactly the best relationship...and yes, I think the age difference had something to do with it. It was like we were on two totally separate levels.
My last was 5 years older then me. I tried dating guys my own age but found that I appreciate someone who is more mature. The guys my age who live around me tend to be very immature, so it gets a little annoying after a while.
For some reason, my ex had this problem too. Believe it or not, we solved it by him being "on top" when I gave him head, instead of him laying on his back. I don't know how or why, but it worked.
Whenever guys and girls are around each other, its natural to feel sexual attraction to one another...but beware, once you go down that road, there is no coming back. Its either going to bring you closer together as friends (like Anti Condom says)....or more.....OR, it will ruin your friendship. Sad to say, but there is usually not a middle ground in these situations.
Quote from torib1693: “haha oh don't worry we both just turned 17 we're not that young I guess it doesn't hurt to explore as long as we keep our boundaries :)” 17 is good. I feel like you're just old enough to know your limits at 17 while still being able to be curious. I hope it all works out!
If you are waiting till you're 18, how old are you both now? Anyway, Its natural to want to explore each other and be curious. And since you seem like you're set with waiting till 18, so what harm can it be to explore a little??
I don't think it would bother me (and it hasn't in the past). But I could totally see how it would bother certain girls. Some girls react to things differently for a wide range of reasons.
I never thought it was possible until one time I realized that yes, there definitely was a change in taste. I think many girls have proven that this is true with their bf's.
