Replied to the thread I’m so close to a nervous break down.
PostI don’t have other close adults really maybe if it gets worst I’ll go to my school councilor since she tells parents what you say and my parents will have to help me. If it get super bad again I’ll probably tell my coach -

Postwhat if you tried telling another adult and have them try to convince your parents? There are also telephone hotlines and chat lines where you can seek mental health advice. I believe some of them are free...
