Does anyone else feel like they don't belong in the age group they are in. I'm 16 and all other 16 y.o in my area are braindead. They smoke weed, get pregnant, think they know what love is...I mean, I know these are general things (in the U.S) for teens to experience but for cryin' out loud...what hobos Anyone else feel like this?

Have you tried really spicy mints? For example, altoids are so strong that they give me a gag reflex but afterwards your minty fresh. Give em a go.

Not me, but I know of a friend who had one. Its really un-hygenic to pop it yourself. Judging by how big it is, people often have to get it surgically removed.

I believe she's heading for the "Friends with Benefits" approach. This usually means that she wants sex, kissing, etc but not the burden of a relationship. What exactly is the difference? I've been doing this workout on FitTV known as "Body Sculpt" and it's mainly muscle building and not cardio. Does that mean that I'm building muscle more than losing actual weight? What are some exercises for both purposes? Is weight loss only achieved through cardio such as running, eliptical, etc?
