This is a complicated thing. First and foremost, you need to be comfortable in your own skin with being gay and in a relationship before involving others. Well for what its worth, and I say this as a gay boy who has never had sex with a girl, all you can do is use appropriate protection as there is always an inherent risk in getting a girl pregnant if you have sex. The only way to not be so worried is to not have intercourse. Probably not the answer you want to hear, but unfortunately it's the only answer with 100 percent certainty.
