Christopher Nolan's mind is quite the trip, he's borderline psychotic. Apparently it took him ten years to write the script for this movie.

It deserved a ten-year script.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Inception is now rated the 3rd best movie of all time, behind the Shawshank Redemption and The Godfather, by IMDB.

I was trying to explain it to my mum, have you ever tried doing that? It's IMPOSSIBLE to explain haha, there's just too much to it.

So I saw it today. I think I got it.. some of it.
It was pretty interesting, but a dream inside a dream inside a dream inside a dream was just ..too much.
One thing I didn't get though, i think the volume was too low or he just spoke too low, but who was the old man at the end and at the beginning of the movie?

The old man was the Japanese guy(Saito) that helped them in the movie. The ending was a debate whether it was a reality or a dream because the thing was still spinning but wobbling....AHHH I wanted a happy endingThe post was edited 2 times, last by Giggity ().

Yeah, right. I didn't know how to begin to explain, and then, my parents told me to stop because they didn't understand anything hehe[SIGPIC]http://www.teenhut.net/signaturepics/sigpic80554_9.gif[/SIGPIC]

I'm gonna go see this later on today. I hope it's worth it.

I've got a date to see it with. When she gets scared, she likes to cuddle people. This was the scariest thing on around the time I'd be going with her.

They are in Limbo. If you remember, this is Cobb's second time in Limbo, they first time he was in, he did age. He was an old man with his wife. I'm pretty sure the reason why he didn't age is because he knows that it wasn't real and not accepting it as reality. The whole reason why Cobb was in Limbo was to get Saito out of it.The post was edited 1 time, last by Giggity ().

such a good movie. but seriously, you have to pay attention to everything or you'll be completely lost. it's pretty hard to follow, at one point i even lost track, but if you understand it you'll be amazed.not all sharks are in the water, dear.

I saw it tonight, just come home from the cinema actually and I think it is one of the best films I have seen. It's so well put together and all the actors can actually act properly.
I didn't find it that hard to follow but I did have to think to whilst watching it, which was good.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I thought the movie was amazing. I would love to see a prequel to cover the genesis of all of that

ohh so I got that part. and the reason why he's not aged in the real world is because years in limbo are only a few minutes in the real world, right?
man theres still lots of other stuff I didn't get. didn't they kill themselves by the railroad tracks in limbo?
my mind is still fucked.

Exactly. If you remember, Cobb and his wife grew old together, and were in Limbo for 50 years, but when they left limbo only afew mintues passed.

Ask away. I'll try to answer.

Correct, that is how they left. -
