Anyone here heard of Tatsumaki: Land at War? It's an upcoming MMORPG that has been in development since 2007. It's set in feudal Japan and going to have a very open game universe where "you can do just about anything". You can pre-order the game now, and money goes towards development. If you pre-order the $300 version of the game you get a lifetime membership and when the game comes out you'll never have to pay a monthly fee like other players would.
