that finale... damn
It's official - Breaking Bad is one of the greatest shows ever made

I have never seen it

Thanks for sharing that

Even more than Lost or Mad Men?"I've never understood ethnic or national pride, because to me pride should be reserved for something you achieve or attain on your own, not something that happens by accident of birth."

Easily better than LOST... and just different than Mad Men. It's more intense and filled with holy shit moments.

Easily better than Lost eh? I might make Breaking Bad my next show. I have three episodes of True Blood left. By then Dexter should be finished airing. This might work out perfectly."I've never understood ethnic or national pride, because to me pride should be reserved for something you achieve or attain on your own, not something that happens by accident of birth."

To be honest Breaking Bad might ruin Dexter for you. They're both crime thrillers with a similar premises (anti-hero hides a big illegal secret from everyone and they have a sibling(in-law) that's a cop) but BB executes it MUCH BETTER. You'll constantly be questioning the morality of all of the characters, and it continues to build momentum season after season instead of sort of reshuffling the deck each time like Dexter does.
Dexter builds up to a pretty exciting conclusion at the end of each season but Breaking Bad is building up to the end of the series, with explosions of intensity along the way. It's almost too much to handle sometimes. -
Nah I think the shows will be different enough. Dexter is a serial killer whereas the other guy is involved with drugs. Plus this season of Dexter has Edward James Olmos in it, though I am hoping they're able to recover from a lackluster season 5."I've never understood ethnic or national pride, because to me pride should be reserved for something you achieve or attain on your own, not something that happens by accident of birth."

Just wait until you watch Breaking Bad. Dexter will seem like an unrealistic cartoon.
-
It already seems unrealistic lol, though a serial killer is more appealing to me than a drug dealer. But we shall see!"I've never understood ethnic or national pride, because to me pride should be reserved for something you achieve or attain on your own, not something that happens by accident of birth."

I tried watching it. First episode was okay, but I don't really care about meth and drugs or whatever. They see me trollin'...they hatin'... Moderatin'...Tryna catch me writin dirty.

This season was absolutely brilliant. Ep. 11 was the best of the series so far.

I like this song

Neither do I. Doesn't stop me from enjoying the show. -
I loved the fixing of the tie before he collapsed. Priceless.
Easily my favorite show of all time.If you smacked a kid with a bottle of 'Johnson's No More Tears', wouldn't it create beautiful irony? -
