I am one of those people that can be very loud and outgoing. All of my friends say they really like hanging out with me because I am really funny and fun to be aroundin general. Many of friends parents though say I am immature and obnoxious. It really bothers me because I don't want to be seen as that, but my friends (boys and girls just to clarify) say I am more fun that way and they don't want me to grow up. I'm torn as to what side I should conform too. Any suggestions?

Just be yourself
if you like to be loud then do that as long as you can now
when youll get older youll probably change, so just make fun when you still can[CENTER]It's the missing that will kill you,

As long as you are respectful to their parents (Yes Sir, No Sir) and obey what they tell you to do then it should be fine. If they still think your annoying then whatever.
-
Don't act that way around the parents.

I agree with DancyChimp... as long as you're respectful, then I say dont worry about it. Youth fades quickly so enjoy being young. If that means being immature, then whatever, you'll have plenty of time to be a grown up TRUST ME!"Nothing ruins the taste of peanut butter like unrequited love" - Charlie Brown

You need to listen to your parents and respect your parents. It is crucial to have friends that listen to you and support you, however always remember that your family is more important.:)

I think as long as you are being respectful towards them, then I don't see any issue. I have several friends are who extremely outgoing, who have strong personalities, and who are very loud. There is nothing wrong with that and honestly, I love people like that. I think people who have strong personalities are always the best people to be friends with. So just be yourself! But like I said, just be respectful. If you are doing that, then I don't see any issue.

Act differently around parents

Just be yourself, but maybe be a bit more calm around the parents.
