My body type is one I am lucky to have. Lean, but muscular. I am lucky enough to have a naturally visible 6-pack abs. However, I want to refine them and make them more prominent. All the workouts I have found online are for fat adults or for weight loss. Any tips besides core exercises? (I don't like weights) I just want to be in the best shape I can.

Some good workouts excluding weights for defined Abs are:
Bicycle crunches.
Leg raises.
Sit ups.
Front plank.
Variate between these frequently for the best effect! -
abdominal crunches

I am medium height for my age which is 5'7 and i am lean and muscular, i do track and swimming and for track i do long distance. I have a six pack without trying, but i think i have it because swimming requires a lot of stomach muscles, and track warm up is something called the "Big 15", where you do 15 situps, 15 push ups, then 14 sit ups, 14 push ups, and you keep going down. Hope this helped.
