The winner get's to choose which gift card he or she wants from what store. It is free to enter, no cost to you what so ever! This is not SPAM! Do one of the surveys to unlock the file to download
The file you are downloading will be the submission form
Fill out the form and e-mail it to the e-mail listed in the form

If you guys are wondering how I am able to give away gift cards for free and if this is a scam, IT"S NOT! I get paid when a free survey is completed. I then use that money to buy a gift or prize, hopefully that gives them an incentive to actually do the dumb survey. Well hope you guys enter.
