Aerobic exercise is apparently best for shedding fat, cycling, running and swimming is what most seem to suggest. That and squats.

But I don't know as I don't do any, what you've just read may or may not be hard fact, I don't really know

It's very hard to achieve a fully flat stomach.
But maybe if you search thing's to do with your stomach core that will help.

I have a flat stomach but I don't diet or do any special exercises. I just don't eat meat and swim in the sea everyday. But then again I think I'm thin naturally. Try that! Jokes. Seriously. Don't eat meat.

Belly getting a little bit bigger after a meal is unavoidable isn't it? The volume of your stomach would definitely expand due to intake of food.

if you want to get a flat stomach (especially for a girl like yourself) you're going to want to do two things

1.) eat right, people say it all the time but avoid fast food and ordering out all the time. if I was a girl I'd live on salad tbh. it sucks at first to do this but if you really want something you will get it.

2.) buy this





it's an ab roller. buy something similar to that and just do that at home. do as many as you want.

I do about 200-300 of those a day and I see results, I recommend it to anyone. do as many as you can do in front, then do it on each side of your stomach.

To get a flat stomach, 70% diet and 30 exercise is important. You should keep you diet in balanced.

You could try kick boxing or dance. I hear a lot of people do that when they want to tone their mid section.
