For those of you too lazy to read the article what it basically says is that the US Government wants easier access to reading your emails, IM's, and having the ability to monitor everything you do online with the push of a button.
I give it less than 20 years before you all have chips forcibly inserted into your skulls allowing the government to monitor everything you do, it'll come along with a "kill button" that either terminates your life or disables you completely. You wont have guns either so when the pigs come knocking down your door to implant you with the device have fun trying to defend yourselves with aluminum bats and super soakers.
