If you have had people in your life who treated you like you were not worthy, that might affect how you see yourself. You are worthy. You help people here. You're a good person.

Sure you are a good adviser.. Please take it from me...nobody follows anybody's advice..advice is for advice shake..

I follow other people's advice. If it is good advice.

maybe its time to talk to some "outsider" but who knows you anyway, and who can listen and give you a good advise.

I kinda have this issue too. I can never seem to follow my own advice

that's some psychological issues possibly CPTSD I suggest you look into that

I hope I'm not too late to reply to this thread. Anyway, it's great to have someone who can advice us during times when we need advice. You are that great someone. I guess if you are great at advising, it could mean that you have experience that situation that the other person is in or you have read a lot and reflected upon that particular issue.

Nonetheless, I think some advices are quite general and it may not suit you. One advice would work for some and the same advice won't work for others. We all are going through different events in our life, although some may be similar, but there would be some difference.

By the way, don't mind me asking what do you mean by "worthy" ? What does this word mean to you?
