I’ve seem to have lost all motivation to do anything lately. What about you all?

Sorry James. I seem to have more, so I might have stolen yours."Comedy is like sex. If they haven't made a noise in a while, change what you're doing" - Sara Pascoe

I can relate. It's alright right now, but I definitely have my moments when I feel like I can't be arsed with doing much.Keyboard not found. Press F1 for help.

It’s like I just don’t care. I have stuff to do but don’t want to. Idk. It’s weird.

Set some rewards for yourself to when you finish something, and you should quickly get a move on."Comedy is like sex. If they haven't made a noise in a while, change what you're doing" - Sara Pascoe

I do this for myself all the time -
I seem to be pretty motivated during the week. Weekends after a shower don't care if I get motivated or not

Or look for some inspiration in your fields of interest. That might also spark something"Comedy is like sex. If they haven't made a noise in a while, change what you're doing" - Sara Pascoe

It is sometimes difficult to feel motivated even to get motivated. So nothing really works well. I find that texting friends or cousins, especially those I do not see often, is good and requires little effort. If they respond, it gives my mind something to work on without needing to think or move. Sometimes, a series of wanks and the subsequent nap will help.

Just take a small break from everything. Step back from work and take a bit of a mental vacation. But manage your time well, so that you can do your work in a timely manner.

I agree with the idea of rewarding yourself when you get your work done. Perhaps creating a schedule will also make you feel more motivated and organized. Taking a break from things that make you feel like shit and picking up a new hobby // taking walks, listening to music and exercising is what i do when i feel like that.

This is a very broad subject, and can be caused by all sorts of things. We can only give pointers, but we can't direct you based on a specific situation you haven't told us about.
It could be from burnout, from a lack of sleep, from high stress levels, even a combination of all three -
