Sleepwear or other clothing in public

Reading some comments on another thread made me remember something. A few years ago kids where I live would be out in public during the day, in groups, in pajamas. Girls mostly but some boys too. Was that something you saw where you live?

I've also seen boys in tee shirts and wearing boxers as shorts, but that trend didn't seem to last as long

ummm i've seen that like during spirit week at my school before. there's usually a pajmaa day...but out in public?? yeah no, I don't really see that here.

Only parents when they drop kids off at school but that got banned also at the supermarket buts that’s also banned now

I vaguely remember seeing a few people wearing onesies years ago back when they were a thing. I've also seen guys wearing boxers in their front yards now it's hot out, but not walking around in Target or anything lol. I feel like that might get you thrown out

Never saw anything like that

Only time was like Fiona, and it was a pyjama day at school, and that was in support of a charity

We also had a pajama day at school and when we were younger one of my friends wore a onesie in public a few times. Not sure I'd consider it sleepwear though.

I've never seen anything like this. when the last official exams at school are over, they dress up. sometimes a pajama jacket too. but something is still worn underneath, e.g. a shirt.

we did a pyjama day too, thought what do you wear if you don’t wear pyjamas, we also did swimming in pyjamas once

yeah we’ve also done this but my pj shorts had a hole in it
