Aight well im 13 and i have a 6 pack i mean its ok but i want one of those rock hard abs i only do crunches no side crunches just like regular and i do that like 3 times a week cuz i lift on monday wedsnay friday and i do crunches tuesday thursday and saturday so im wondering how can i get some rock hard abs quickly

hold your abs all the way in til you feel the burn and then let it out!

no like flex them make them tight
like the same way you would flex your biceps or calf muscles
also a really good workout for abs is leg raises
where you lay flat on your back and raise your legs as high as you can together
and then go down slowly
do this as much as you can it helps alot
also if you get in push up position with your forearms laying flat on the ground and just squeeze your abs tight and stay like this for a while you will get a good definition in your abs
also running helps, sprinting is very good for your core abdominal muscles
