why do i feel fat???

hey peeps

i feel really fat even tho i am 13 and weigh 40kg, i feel really fat!!!! plz tell me what to do so i can get over it!

look a the mirror you are a splendid, gorgeous girl, you cant be fat with 40kg and tell your boyfriend what you feel about yourself he cna help.

come on, most girls feel like this, even if they have the perfect body, just relax and love urself...! 40 kgs, u just CANNOT be fat, ok? just relax.. and try to see urself the way u are! and feel preety!!

I'm 13 And i'm 35 kg .... I always feel FAT like a big mama ...But I look at the mirror and i find a cuty beauty with a gorgeous body.. 35 is almost 40 .. and ur the same age as mine so...you have to feel the same way ..:) If valley thinks ur perfect (no1's perfect ...so almost perfect) than hes right...

Sorry if i feel like a prev or anything but most girls feel fat cause they arnt as skinny as models they see in magizines or a TV Show. which that would be sick cause they try to do everything they can to be skinny. my GF is only about 50 KG but she seems the same way

it's really sad that girls feel the need to be skinny like the people who are models or like the people in magazines, on tv shows, etc.
those people have probably starved themselves to look like they do,
they're so obsessed with their looks.

Well, If you were Fat, Then you would get that feeling Everyday! At 40 You can not be Fat! unless your about 1 ft tall, (unlikly) So i would say, look at some fat people, and think what they have to go through!

i think u are right about this..
but sometimes also other ppl around us make us feel like this
exampls: i have a classmate, that he always calls us girl fat ugly and stuff.
it doesnt need much more to believe him

I hate the modern obsession with uber thin girls. looking like you're about to die of starvation isn't sexy and it gives you nasty health problems. it used to be girls who were curvasceous and rubinesque were considered the epitome of beauty. I myself am 5'5" and i weigh approximately 200 pounds. I have a slight belly and I'd rather weigh three times as much than starve myself or force myself to throw up just to fit a sick ideal. models are fake. they are there purely to be decorative hangers. might as well say a mannequin is a perfect woman. as long as you are happy with yourself the rest of the world can bite the big one. don't be sucked into the propaganda of stick figure girls or you'll only end up unhappy and sick.

u are right
but its not easy to realize that
i mean my bf says i m perfect and that i dont need to change
but i do want to become just a bit thinner,
not of course like models, sometimes it s not even nice,
but i m jealous of some girls who have really a nice body and can wear anything they want
