Things as serious as molestation needs to be reported to the authorities immediately, if it's happening to you or a friend. You need to gather enough evidence and enough information and bring up a case, because you can't let this guy do this and get away with it.

First of all, I think the person who's being abused should really talk to someone who they can trust.
Sexual molestation does not make you more mature or experienced and it's not something you have to accept if it's happening to you. (And Neal, I'm very sorry if you actually believe that.)
