Im not sure if there is anyone on here thats knows much about it, but i need help :p.
I take it twice on gym days, 1 when i wake up & another after my workout. I also take it once on non gym days (all 5g and taken in a Shake).
I was just wandering if I should maybe move the one I take after I work out and have it before. Has anyone done this, does it make you last longer.
Im going to try it today see how I get on.
Im 15 btw.
