Ok so i have an 11 year old cousin, he just turned 11. The problem is, I know he is at that age of where puberty kicks in and im like an older brother to him. Do you think i should teach him how to masturbate and if i should, when?
When is the right time?

talk to him firstinstant message anyone?
:wink:if so just send me a message -
I don't necessarily think that you have to explain to him how to masturbate. The important thing is to make sure that he knows that he can feel comfortable talking to you and asking him questions. This way, he will ask you what he is curious about, but not ask you things that he doesn't want to talk to you about. You could, if your realtionship is this open, ask him if he masturbates, but many people don't feel comfortable talking about such an intimate act.
I think it is important for him to understand that masturbation isn't bad, and that he shouldn't feel guilty if he does do it, but I am also not sure how to make sure that he knows that. I suppose that you could talk to him about it, but that could be a bit of an awkward conversation. -

True true, and if he doesn't open up and ask, and if your pretty sure he'll say no if you ask, then just speak rhetorically, let him know it isn't bad, if he does or doesn't and also influence that if he ever has any questions, just come to you and don't be shy."As Water is the body, music is to the soul." -
oh he'll discover it alone, dont feed him anything while he isnt hungry'The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.'

he should discover it for himself,, but if you think you really need to talk to him about things, make him comfortable first with the topic like gain his trust first etc.
