About how much should an 12 year-old, 4'1" girl weigh? I personally weigh around 87 pounds, but I don't have much muscle Does anyone have any good exercises they could recommend besides going to the gym, like exercises at home without any extra equipment? (I'm not talking running, or crunches, or basic stuff either) Thanks a ton!
