When I try to play a game, use the Xbox Dashboard or the Xbox Guide, or wait for the console to start, my screen will "freeze," and seem to lock up. When this occurs, I do not receive an error message, and no lights flash on the console to indicate a problem.
There is a page on the Xbox website which gives tips on what top do such as "make sure your Xbox is away from heat" "remove the harddrive" "check the connection" etc.
I called the free support line and its all automated. she pretty much just read from the frikin web page!
I just wanted to know if anyone else had had this problem before and if yes how they solved it?!
PLEASE come back to me with tips and tricks if you know about any of this. I would like to add that I am out of guarantee and I hope that has nothing to do with it ¬¬
