Channel it into something you like. You could write about it in a journal, write a poem, etc. I always feel better after I write about something that's pissing me off.

Poems don't have to rhyme. There's no rule that says they do. -

Any of those ideas, or just go for a walk, take your iPod with you, just go for a nice stroll to calm down. I find that fresh air and going for a casual walk really calms me down. Either that, or go out with friends when your parental units are really pissing you off. Just let them know that you don't want to say anything you're going to regret, because you'll probably say something you don't mean. Well,
I have anger issues too, but I have been able to control it lately. I sometimes feel like my parents just don't "get me" but they just want respect that they give me.
Now I am pretty good about my outbursts and I write a journal to express my thoughts. Or if they bother you and you don't want to yell at them, scream into a pillow or something..

I throw stuff, such as books and stuff, recently I threw a glass, but that was bad.

I usually go to the gym and take it out on the punching bag or brood about it while lifting weights! well... if ur not a fitness nut like me, try writing or talking it out with someone u know.

seriously though, you can't do it all at once. You need to realize when you are getting out of control and remove yourself from that anger. -
what i like to do when i feel like screaming at my parents is i go write a really angre letter to them just basically yelling at them through that ..... then i shred it ( but u can give it to them if u want) that or i go and run for a while and blast music... that usally cools me down
