I recently read about something called the No "S" Diet.
Unlike diets it doesn't require any hard-to-follow rules and such.
It involves only eating Snacks, Sweets, and Seconds during days that start
with S (Saturday, Sunday, "Special" days). Pretty Clever I think. Anyone else
heard/tried this?
