i dont know why im feeling this way

I had a great day really, i spent most of it sleeping and when i got up, im happy. Just this evening, i felt like crying, and sad and such. Idk whats happening to me. Am i going crazy? i have no reasons at all. Im anxious but idk what im anxious about. I dont intend to mess up or something .... just want to vent :cries::cries::cries::cries::cries:

it my just be emotions, hormones, or anything else like that
has anything not good happened in the past?
i feel like that sometimes, i wake up and feel great, but later in the day, i dont feel so great

Hey hun, I hope you're feeling better. Do you feel this way often or just today? You may be having an off day.
I don't know about you, but I tend to get randomly emotional before my period.

Well it's good to vent things out sometimes. And I doubt that you're crazy. Random emotions like that are not uncommon, sometimes it happens to me.

Are there things causing your emotions that you want to talk about? That might help you feel better.

I know the feeling hugs*
Hormones can make us feel all over the place so randomly.
Has there been something thats been making you feel stressed or depressed for a while?
Usually, if i have moments like this it's due to something thats been stressing me out for a while.
We're all here for you. If you ever need to talk i'll happily listen to you.

nothing much, except for the misunderstanding that i have with my ex bf who turned out to be just a friend, but before i was acting that way, we're already ok and i cant remember of anything which made me feel stressed or depressed. I have a period. maybe its the reason. hehe thank you kat so much. for the concern
