I know you're all going to say go to the doctor, but if I go my mother will find out I'm smoking, and that won't roll over too well. So, I'm asking if anyone has any idea of what this could be, if it's really that bad I will go, but I'd like to avoid it at all costs for the time being.

My left lung hurts every time I breathe on the upper portion of it.
It feels like a lot of pressure.
It feels like I'm being punched.
It's getting a little worse daily.


I'm thinking it's an upper respiratory infection maybe? Those just blow over, correct?
