I have a slight belly that i wish to tone. whats the best thing for this? Its not noticable a lot but when i sit down it can be uncomfortable. Which type of exercise?

Cardiovascular exercise. Sit up and crunchs won't do much for you or anyone if it's not accompanied by cardiovascular exercise.

Running is like the all around right. Deadlifts are beastly too, now I just need to find a weight belt and get off my ass...Against logic there is no armor like ignorance.

Eat right and run on the treadmill. It doesn't get any easier than that, and it's also the fastest way to lose belly fat.

you can do planks, sit ups(or crunches) and six inches.Sometimes your words just hypnotize me.
