Ouch....

    • Ouch....

      After dating this girl for a bit i continusly told my friend how happy i was and how much i really liked her. Then one day he IM's me and says

      Him: Hey man i gotta talk to you got a second?
      Me: Sure, i got all day
      Him: well what would you say if im intrested in "Girl"
      Me: uh.....wow....uhh
      Him: Cuz were kinda together now, so you guys are kinda over.
      Me:.....
      Him: sorry man!! i hope your not pissed.
      Me: WTF?!?!? how could you say that?

      He never in all our years of friendship ever did anything that made him seem like hed do this. and normally when something like this happens id talk to him soo i felt better. Well, unfortunatly i cant in this situation. everyone i talk to says hey it happens just forgive him. WTF? am i supposed to be able to forgive him? im just sitting here heart broken and completly baffled, speechless, and confused.

      That is so effed up, he's supposed to be your best friend?? If my best friend stole my boyfriend, I would never forgive her. Omg I can't believe he would do that, and I can't believe people are actually taking his side. Forget about both of them, neither of them seem worth your time if they would do something so hurtful to you. I'm so sorry

      In my opinion, you have a right to be upset at both her leaving you AND your best mate. I mean, this is someone you're supposed to trust and he goes behind your back? If my best friend did that to me I'd be pissed and wouldn't be able to forgive her for a long time. So be upset, and when you're ready you can talk to him about it and try to get on good terms with him. If you can't get back into a good friendship with him, then that's fine. Because sometimes you just can't forgive that much.

      Yeah, that really is totally natural. I'd be the exact same way. And you have every right to be really upset about it. I can't believe he didn't even talk to you about it before he just went for your girl. He should have at least given you some warning that he had feelings for her.

      Wow. I know so many people that feel it's okay to date your best friends ex... but it seems like he just totally stole the girl you were into. I truly don't feel like he was a best friend at all. I think you should make him pick... you or her. He has already chosen her, but give him one more chance... after explaining that your friendship will be completely over based on his choice. Don't stand for it.
