I'll just be taking creatine when I start working out again (in under 2 weeks). That and eating healthy will get you the best results....---...

Muscle Milk is Meh for muscle building. Lean meats would be better, and taste better. I think that if you will be doing hard core training, in the short term, Creatine would be best.
For fat loss, Lipo Six have the fewest side effects and your never hungry and you are NEVER hungry, and when you are a bite fills you up.
Animal Pack and Animal Cut are amazing products, one for building and one for losing.
REDuction is known for a great two series system which helps you sleep.
Many more. Let me know what you exactly want from them. And keep in mind all pills work differently for different people.2 Months. 50 + Pounds. Learned to box. Run's 12 miles a day. Read 3 self help books. All for under $500. A new me? Worth it. -
animal pak is great, it just sucks to take that many pills, its essentially a multi vitamin
superpump 250- aka super dumb is pretty good, gives good pumps but it gives you the dumps
no xplode- improved vascularity and gave me extra energy[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] -
Animal Stack is good for bulking (I knew I forgot one. :P) and No Explode is the best building powder I have experienced.2 Months. 50 + Pounds. Learned to box. Run's 12 miles a day. Read 3 self help books. All for under $500. A new me? Worth it.

Sups are kind've meh tbh.
They don't really make as much of a difference as the marketing would have you believe.
Good food, plenty of water and whey protein when you can't get other food is the best way to go.jordan132;1506655 wrote:

Muscle Milk is good. I used to take it all the time after I worked out. I do NOT recommend Creatine. It is good for short-term. It's actually water fused to your muscles to make you look better..ie...summer time. Once you get off of it, you actually feel bloated from it. Thus, it's a waste of money. If you want top of the line protein, try Syntha Six.

all protein is the same dude[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

true.
Syntha Six provides this:
Whey Protein Concentrate
Whey Protein Isolate
Egg Protein
Casein Protein
Milk Protein
It's formulated with fast, medium and slow digesting proteins to sustain amino acid levels over a long interval, while increasing protein synthesis, and repairing damaged muscle tissue.
It's cheap! 3 LBS goes for $31. Try it man. I've seen results from this in only a month and a half.
But, everyone is different I'm just trying to help out. -
Cheap unflavoured instantised whey protein concentrate for me.
80% protein, has some BCAA's, l-glutamine and antioxidants, mixes easily, doesnt taste to bad, especialy if you put something in to give it some flavour. and most importantly, its cheap as chips. 20 quid per 5.5lb's.
