My opinion based on a standard of a 10 being as hot as Megan Fox (some would argue) and a 1 being as hideous as an ugly picture of typing "ugly girl" into google image search (some cccrrazzzyyy ugly pics) with an average ranking of 5.5:

Girl 1: 7.5
Girl 2: 5.5-6 (more along the line of 6)
Girl 3: 5.5
Girl 4: 6.5

.. The fact that girl one is in a revealing bikini also makes he more appealing so it would be better to get a pic of just faces of all in bikinis for a better judging.. preferably the bikinis hahah

Definitely girl 1 is the cutest.
2nd is girl 4.
3rd is girl 3 by a little bit.

1: Alright but not really my type in terms of looks. I just don't enjoy blondes as much as everyone else does so 7

Without a doubt. I just spent a couple of minutes with that picture and it was a good time.
