Hello, it's me again, things have been progressively worse and so my therapist has reffered me to an Outreach Programme that our Mental Health Service offers.

In short, they'll be sending nurses out to my house to talk, for added support for me, and possbly taking me out for coffee or something?!

This thought is actually panicking me a bit so I was wondering if anyone else has or is doing something like this and let me know a bit more about what happens and what to expect?
